Calf Scrambler Program
Do you know that C4H supports two calf scramblers yearly and that you can follow them here? It is more than just the scramble portion at the Rodeo in March; it is a commitment and educational endeavor for future generations.
At the Scramble, students from area agricultural programs work individually and together to catch a calf. The winners are given a voucher for an animal to raise the following year.
Throughout the year, students learn every aspect of raising these animals. This includes agricultural impact, budgeting/financing, responsibility, time management, and showmanship.
C4H follows our sponsored students throughout this year. IN 2023-2024, we sponsored Tobyn and MacKenzie and their heifers, Jerry and Jude. You can follow their blog here.

BENEFIT FOR OFFICER ADAM RUDY
Officer Adam Rudy has been bravely battling cancer. Due to the cancer, Officer Rudy's left arm was amputated. C4H will be cooking for this event at the Houston Police Officer Union Building. All are welcome to attend.
